SHIPPING:
Lourdes accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Your order will not be processed and shipped until we process your credit card and approval has been received. You will receive your order four to seven business days from the date your order was placed.
U.S. SHIPPING COSTS:
Shipping costs are based upon estimates received directly from UPS by weight and destination address at the time the order is placed.
All domestic orders will be shipped INSURED UPS unless otherwise specified. All claims (damage or shortage) must be reported within five working days after receipt of merchandise. Our responsibility for merchandise shipped via common carrier ceases upon delivering the order to the carrier. We are not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged in transit. You must file a claim with the delivery carrier. We would, however, assist you in supplying any information necessary for submission of your claim.

SHIPPING TO CANADA:
We ship UPS Ground Service directly to your door. Please allow ten days from the date your order was placed. Shipments to P.O. boxes, the Yukon, and Northwest Territories are shipped via Canada Post. Delays are common when shipping to Canada due to handling of duty and GST, so please factor this in when placing your order. We do not offer overnight delivery to Canada.
Prices are stated in U.S. dollars. If paying by credit card, your order will be automatically charged to your account in Canadian dollars at the current exchange rate (including all duty and taxes).
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship orders to the Americas (including Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, South America and Canada) as well as Western Europe, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Australia & New Zealand. All orders are billed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to refuse shipment of an order that we feel may be fraudulent.

RETURNS & REPAIR POLICY:
Lourdes does not offer refunds. Instead, we offer credit that can be applied towards the purchase of any items on our website. There are no refunds or exchanges on special orders which include lengthened pieces and requested design changes. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipment for any returned merchandise. If you would like to send a return via UPS or FedEx, please contact us for address specifics.
In the unlikely event that a piece needs repair, there will be a $10.00 per piece repair charge, plus shipping for all merchandise purchased within 60 days. For merchandise over 60 days old, there will be a $20.00 per piece repair charge, plus shipping. As our merchandise changes often, some beads or stones may not be available for repair, in which case we will make every attempt to find something similar.
Lourdes will gladly resize your jewelry in the event that it does not fit within 30 days of purchase. We will repair or replace any of our jewelry pieces if they contain defective components or defects due to manufacturing within 1 month of purchase.
Please call and let us know why you are returning the item. We will then give you a return number. Please place this return number on the package.
NOTE: We can not give credit for returns lost during shipment so please insure your package.
